Is bio-diesel production commercially viable?
Would it not be prudent to make contractually binding agreements with sources of WVO to prevent later having to buy competitively and/or to insure proper form (ie liquid base)?
I would imagine there is a lot of government red tape, permits, etc as well as numerous obsticles paid for by the oil lobbyists.
Can collection be scaled to standard or converted tanker trucks?
How do you get rid of sediments. etc.?
