We opened our business in 2004 after we found a need in the WVO Community for a One Stop Store. As we searched for help and different products we had great difficulties, there were not many places that sold WVO products and even fewer places where you could talk with someone. We pride ourselves on customer service, when you call you will speak with a friendly voice! Our shipping time generally has a one day lead time and many times your order will ship the day the order is received. We started with one Filter Housing Unit and have expanded to include several Centrifuge Filtration Units to meet your specific needs. Our WVO Filtration Units will clean your waste vegetable oil; allowing the WVO to be used as fuel in your diesel vehicle. The Units that use a filter housing/vessel have a filter bag inside and we have different micron ratings to choose from. We recommend filtering to at least a micron rating of 5 nominal. The Centrifuge Units will polish your oil to <1 micron with enough passes and will extend the life of your vehicle fuel filter greatly. During the winter months you need to think about keeping the WVO heated in your vehicles. We have in-line fuel warmers, in-tank fuel warmers and filter heaters to aid in that area. A Vormax Standard Unit installed in your vehicle can help eliminate the guesswork of when to replace your filter. We also carry several fuel additives to help the pour point & gelling factor. In the summer months we recommend that if you are storing WVO for more than one month that you purchase a bottle of Kill Em. This is a biocide that will control bacteria and fungi growth. 1 bottle will treat 1920 gallons. A great preventative medicine for your waste vegetable oil! The biggest obstacle using WVO as fuel is removing the water. Our studies have shown that heating the oil and allowing the water & sediment to settle is the most effective method for prefiltering. We have several books & DVD’s on Biodiesel that can be quite helpful for the novice. We have Biodiesel Processors for the Home Brewer that wants to turn waste vegetable oil into Biodiesel.
